10-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for an equal product or store credit provided it is returned and received by the Gallery within 10 days of the date on your receipt. The returned item must arrive in the same condition as when purchased along with the original packaging in order to process the exchange.
NO-REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON CERTAIN ITEMS
Any items that have been: 1) purchased when listed “on-sale”, “discounted” or on “clearance”; 2) purchased at a price that has been discounted or otherwise adjusted from the listed retail price; or 3) purchased as custom items, including but not limited to products or items that are custom made, site specific or otherwise altered or adjusted in any way; are considered final sales and may not be exchanged or returned.
Customers shipping orders to destinations outside the United States are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the United States. Because these laws and fees can change over time, House of Whitley encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. House of Whitley does not add any of these fees to orders before checkout. House of Whitley will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.
